If you want to list your portfolio in NorthCyprusLands.Com as an Agent or Constructor, we listed the features below:
Member who wants to sign up as Agent or Constructor must have valid business licences. Businesses that does not have Real Estate Agency or Construction licences can not be accepted to Agents or Constructors membership. So please look Personal Membership (standard user).
Member who wants to sign up as Agent or Constructor must have a website and that website must be about on property listing and selling.
Website of Agents or Constructors members must be in English or English language must be an extra option.
Website must have a pretty and professional design.
Website must be online. Websites that are offline, under construction or offline for maintenance will not be accepted.

If you want to list your individual property in NorthCyprusLands.Com as a standard user, we listed the features below:
Member who wants to sign up as standard user there have no limitations. Everybody can be a member of NorthCyprusLands.Com! Also who wants only to advertise in NorthCyprusLands.Com must sign up as an standard user.
